But let's assume you are investing 10k (the minimum account balance for Stashaway income, Syfe has no minimum) then your costs will be 0.85% and 0.65% per annum for Stashaway and Syfe respectively.
I'm guessing by returns for short term, you are referring to dividend payouts. That was what I was looking for too when I decided to invest with Syfe REIT+. They pay ou dividends quarterly (4 times a year). But worth noting that you need to invest a minimum of 20k with Syfe to have dividends paid out to your bank account else it will be automatically reinvested. Which kinda makes sense if you think about it. As for Syfe Equity 100, I'm not sure about their dividend frequency.
