What are the T&Cs to the monthly installment plan for the SC rewards+ CC?

I see that it is 0% interest but are there late payment charges and additional fees to it?

Yes, there are late payment and interest charges if you miss the payment due date for the installment or the total outstanding credit card balance (if any).
