What advice would you give novice investors with little capital (10-20K) who interested in LSE ETFs to use IBKR platform (I understand there are fixed, tiered commissions and/or misc fees)?

Tiered is cheaper for smaller capital. few things to take note would be

converting your sgd to other currency, theres a flat fee

buying and selling commission

3months free but a $10 inactivity fees afterwards(which could be reduced by your buying and selling comission)
