When i click on FSM fundfact sheet, the fund cosde shown in in the factsheet is SG9999003321
https://secure.fundsupermart.com/fsm/funds/fact...
which is the fund which endowus uses for cash/SRS
the fund code endowus uses for CPFOA is SGXZ68939370
there could be some differences. but my opinion is that the underlying index is the same and since endowus does not pay trailer fee rebate for this fund in CPFOA, so, if FSM fee is only 0.2%, then indeed FSM is cheaper. sorry i am not very aware of FSM fees and charges.
personally, the strength of a robo is its advise portfolio. individual stock/ETFs/funds selection will be more expensive using robos over long run. i am buying individual funds through my regular flat fee broker, while also have advised portfolios in the 3 more well-known robos.

They are the same fund, but the fund is not available for CPF-OA in FSM.
In terms of fees,
FSM shows its TER is 0.74%, zero platform fees for CPF-OA (just for comparison although not available):
https://secure.fundsupermart.com/fsm/funds/fact...
Endowus shows fund level fee is 0.46% and there is a trailer fee rebate of 0.12%. there is also an access fee of 0.3% if you invest using Fund Smart for single fund:
https://endowus.com/investment-funds-list/lion-...
Net fee is 0.46% - 0.12% + 0.3% = 0.64%
Endowus slightly cheaper.
