Trustbank vs Wise vs Youtrip Fee & Exchange rate?

Hello,

Any comparison of new Trustbank credit/debit card vs Wise/Youtrip for foreign/overseas transactions in terms of fees and exchange rates?

Trust website says no foreign transaction fees or mark up fees, so does it mean it is more cost effective than Wise or Youtrip etc?
