Hi Anon,
For all stage multi claim CI term plans, Manulife RCC is pretty decent. Currently prob my favourite policy among similar options.
So better may be hard to find or even quantify, but premium it isn't too bad as well.
On what to look for when comparing:
1) Payout schedule (when you get your money for what type of claim and how many claims)
2) Waiting period (between claims or recurring cancer for example)
3) Premum waivers (if any) (great for multi claim plans because you effectively get the other claims for free)
4) CI definitions (make sure that there aren't weird exclusions or notice to only specific sites.
You may want to work with an Indepdendent FA for a closer deep dive.
