Should I buy a cheap, central location but old resale 3 room hdb flat with my foreign spouse? Reason being, I can rent it if it’s central and if it go through enbloc, I can earn more ?

I am seeking a withdrawal from Opticapital and am getting nowhere. I have deposited just about everything I have into an Opticapital account – almost $157,000 AUD (through Binance transfer). My Opticapital account is now sitting at “apparently” $711,000 USD and I have asked to withdraw $120,000 USD and everything has gone silent. This is the second time I have put in a withdrawal request. The first one was denied because I hadn’t deposited enough funds. I really thought I was onto something and would never be scammed, yet here I am.
