Unless there is a vacine soon which if have will be probably 1 year and above...

During this time all countries govt may take precaution, you may see REITs in the short term not favourable in terms of dividends however now u can buy them at a low price...there will be volality in the REITs space but you have to start somewhere...and Dollar Cost Averaging is 1 strategy you can adopt.
