Will the stock with a lower valued price eg. Lendlease Global REIT that kept dropping until end up becoming $0.01? What will happen to it?

What will happen to a stock if it keep devaluing? When will a stock delist? What would be the criteria for this?

Possible.

the company board or some private equity could offer to buy all outstanding shares and delist the stock.

or 2. company could consolidate shares to make up to minimum trading price.

or 3. nothing happens.
