I don’t know anything about this REIT in particular but my Syfe REIT portfolio only allocated 0.36% to this REIT (rest on 19 other S-REIT). So I didn’t notice this drop in my portfolio 😅 In contrast, Ascendas REIT has the top allocation at 10.70%. I think they probably have a reason for that.

It is not just recent months. The downtrend has started since early 2018.
