Hello, I am considering porting my line to another telco, but line is under parent's name, does my parent require to transfer to me first before I register? Thanks

Hi hi, for port in to be successful, your existing number needs to be registered to your Name and NRIC. Do request for your ex-telco to perform a Transfer of Ownership to your Name, before you proceed to port in to giga.
To port in / transfer your existing number, ensure
It is an active postpaid number (prepaid numbers are not supported)
It is registered to your ID
there are no outstanding bills or contracts with your ex-telco
