Im currently invested in ETFs using roboadvisors like Syfe, Stashaway, kristal.Ai and also FSMOne. I see similarities in ETFs covering tech/healthcare etc, should I still be diversifying into them? what should I do?

Yep, consolidating is a good idea. If you're already buying tech/healthcare ETFs through your digital advisors, buying more of those same ETFs via another broker isn't diversifying. Buying burgers from BK, macs and KFC just leaves you with a whole lot of burgers.
Consider if you want to DIY or take a hands-off approach. That's really the main difference between your robo-advisor and your FSMOne portfolios. Do a quick calculation of the fees also, see which makes more sense for you.
