BTC - 2.05% APY

ETH - 3.05% APY

And the current withdrawal rates from BinanceSG:

BTC - 0.0004BTC

ETH - 0.01ETH

Your final BTC balance and ETH balance after transferring:

0.0296 BTC and 0.34 ETH

For you to 'make back' the transfer costs ( (Final balance Interest rate / Transfer Cost ) 365 days ):

BTC ~240 days

ETH ~351 days

Using these numbers, I think you'd roughly be able to decide if you think the costs are worth it based on how long you intend to hold them and your crypto investing strategy.
