I am getting paid below the median salary. Should i quit for a higher salary but a positive thing in my job is that it is manageable, bosses are nice. It just lacks growth and low salary.

My comapny also doesn't have much benefits like flexi pay, more than 18 days AL, employee welfare etc...

Try to talk to your boss and explain to your boss that you deserve a pay raise. If not successful and income and career progression is important to you at this point in your life, then you may have to bite the bullet and leave your comfort zone to seek greener pastures. Be prepared mentally though, most bosses are NOT nice. Even new colleagues can be sus and you may be moving into a toxic work environment.
