I am getting paid below the median salary. Should i quit for a higher salary but a positive thing in my job is that it is manageable, bosses are nice. It just lacks growth and low salary.

Try to talk to your boss and explain to your boss that you deserve a pay raise. If not successful and income and career progression is important to you at this point in your life, then you may have to bite the bullet and leave your comfort zone to seek greener pastures. Be prepared mentally though, most bosses are NOT nice. Even new colleagues can be sus and you may be moving into a toxic work environment.

Take on a second full time job. Learn how to manage time efficiently between both to reduce overlapping meetings.

What are your priorities? Are you considered older or younger. These are some factors to consider.

Depends on how low is low.

Which is determinant by yourself, depending on context.
