Try to talk to your boss and explain to your boss that you deserve a pay raise. If not successful and income and career progression is important to you at this point in your life, then you may have to bite the bullet and leave your comfort zone to seek greener pastures. Be prepared mentally though, most bosses are NOT nice. Even new colleagues can be sus and you may be moving into a toxic work environment.
