Unfortunately the easiest way is with a related degree (usually any engineering).
Based on your question, while not impossible, will be very difficult. You will need experience in something similar. For example, you can do supply chain, sales, lean, etc for an electronics company first. These are work scopes that are largely the same in any sector. From there you can work your way into what you want.
Alternatively you can try for a entry/mid level role and cite knowledge from your previous jobs and what you can do to help with your "outside perspective"
