If it is very bad, i would talk to the person individually, sometimes people dont mean it and just say things.

Definitely try to speak up for yourself. And keep a record of when you feel this way and in what circumstances, and if need be speak to your manager or escalate it to the HR team if need be. Your mental health is equally important as your other priorities in life!

Suck thumb and accept the fact of how things work in your company. Learn ASAP what you need to know, build yourself up in your area.

I'm not saying you should be silent for being bullied but I need you to understand not every situation can be resolved by escalating. Stand up, learn, move on.

When you feel mistreated or treated unfairly at work, it's CRITICAL to speak out for yourself. You can take the following actions to deal with the situation:

Make a note: Keep a record of any bullying or unjust treatment you encounter, including the occasion's date, time, and specifics. If you need to escalate the situation, this might give you proof and back your allegations.

Speak up if you suffer bullying or unfair treatment to stop the behavior. Inform the person or people involved of your concerns in a calm and assertive manner. To describe how the conduct affects you and how it affects your work, use "I" statements.

Get assistance: Discuss the circumstance with a dependable coworker, superior, or HR official. They can assist you in navigating the circumstance by offering advice and assistance.

Recognize your rights: Understand your rights as an employee and the company's policy on harassment and bullying. You might need to make a complaint or take legal action if the behavior persists or gets worse.

Coping with bullying and unfair treatment can be unpleasant and emotionally demanding, so look after yourself. Take care of yourself, and if you require assistance, ask friends, family, or a therapist.

Always remember that if you feel mistreated or treated unfairly, you should speak up for yourself and take action.

Don't suffer in silence, and seek support and guidance from others to help you navigate the situation.

It is not easy especially if they are more senior or have higher ranks.
