Go to the website above, choose your plan and any add ons if you want, key in your details (whether transfer line or new line) then state your preferred delivery timing.

Your circles life Sim card will be delivered to your address. Once you receive it, go here https://www.circles.life/sg/self-activation/ to activate your Sim card. It will take about 2 hours for them to activate your card.

You'll then be part of them already!
