Hi, I have HDB under Singles Scheme (not yet MOP) and my partner owns a private property. We are thinking of getting married but worried that we are forced to sell one of our properties.

I don't think there will be an issue. Becoz I have a friend whose spouse already own a resale flat before they marry. My friend bought a condo (after they got married) and nothing caught up with them.

It's a loophole nonetheless hence I will recommend not to check w HDB if not they become aware then they might query. It may catch up one day but not yet.
