If buy hdb under single scheme and get married later, can share the loan? What's the process?

If i buy resale HDB now under single scheme, and get married later. Can I add my future wife name in and also split the loan repayment with future wife?

what's the process like? is it as simple as going to hdb or bank and add name/cpf account to payer?

Probably not, from what I know a few years ago, you will need to ask someone and check your current HDB value again, then split the loan. Then its not going to worth if the HDB value rise, mean you have to pay more for the same HDB. Basically sell and buy it back to yourself and wife. It sounds stupid to me, I rather buy new HDB 😂
