Hi :-) Could you share more on the specific breakdown of things that we should consider for a BTO reno work and resale flat reno work? (eg. tiles, lighting). Plz include the cost too if possible, Tq!?

I am unsure about what to consider at all when we need to do reno works for the house. esp for resale flats, where stuff like aircon etc needs to be checked. thanks for your help!
