Hello! Mine was the second bidadari project launch (middle of potong pasir and woodleigh) and my unit price was $500k. However if around the unit got more facilities then the price is higher. My unit nearby only has a childcare centre so for this price we managed top floor. Another unit at opposite end has childcare centre, supermarket, nearer mrt so for same price was about 9th floor?
I have another friend who managed the 3rd project launch gt a unit above woodleigh mrt (or potong pasir.. One of it la haha) unit price was $554k for a 7/8th floor with a view.
I didn't checkout the upcoming project location but I think it's probably nearer Bartley iirc.. Then the price should be roughly the 3rd project launch price.. Think is called woodleigh village?
