Should i choose a (BTO) 3 room prime location or a 4 room non prime location, or a 5 room non mature estate not near to MRT, all these 3 categories are almost the same price!!

Hello Albertsg,

Whoa, it's great to see how you've shortlisted 3 houses and are focused on eliminating/selecting the best one. Now this is my $0.02 and it is not personalised advise, but I would need more context such as the 3 flats information, your family size, children education if any, work place area/arrangements, amenity requirements

But if it were me, I'd choose a 4rm non prime location so I am not limited by HDB's 10 year MOP period. The monthly cost will be lighter so I can save up for my next prime private condo purchase :-)
