For those people who has gotten a HDB BTO, usually do you guys get your flat earlier before the completion date or after? If so, what is the time window? Just want to gauge for mine since TOP is 2026.

Nowadays developers are putting more buffer in the estimated completion date. last time typical BTO 4 years. now they put 5-6 years for some.

Before covid, i heard my friend said about 6 months earlier. nowadays, still got chance to get key earlier? :) haha. alot of project got deleyed.

What can I do to increase my chances of getting a BTO? My fiance and I have been trying for the 4th time and we are still unable to get our ballot. Is getting a BTO flat simply based on luck?

Can anyone advise how to get hdb resale or bto 3 room hdb flat as second timer, is there any possibility to void the levy and get hdb loan again?
