Etf vs mutual funds roboadvisor?

Hihi, pls correct me if I'm wrong but I'm choosing between autowealth and endowus for roboadvisors and I realised that autowealth buys mostly etfs whilst endowus buys mostly mutual funds, what's the difference there? Also I'm picking one out of these two because of how they open individual custodian accounts instead of pooling it together with other people. Thanks in advance for the answers... :)

Hello there, I'm not answering the main question as the rest have already covered it. By here's my take on which company I would start off with.

Love the point about Endowus and AW have individual custodian accounts. Which is why I got into AW. I couldn't afford Endowus' 10k start up.

Having said that, I chase returns. Choong Hwee did a robo war between Endowus, Syfe and SA. Endowus emerged triumphant. I matched his returns to my AW returns. Syfe Equity100 and Endowus beat AW's returns YTD.

Hence, if you can afford Endowus' 10k start up, I highly recommend this company due to custodian account safety and highest returns.

If you can't afford the 10k, then you'll need to consider between AW's custodian account safety or better returns at Syfe Equity100. I chose safety.

Nonetheless, I am looking forward to starting my journey with Endowus asap.

I’m not familiar with autowealth but I use Endowus for SRS investments. And one of the main draws for me was the access to dimensional funds.

You can take a look at the funds that endowus chooses from to get a sense if they’re aligned the risk exposure and countries you would like to invest in.
