I'd recommend that you let the dust settle first before making a decision to invest in China focused REITs. Fact is, we don't know when COVID will end, and many REITs are set to announce results soon; things could be a lot more worse than we thought. If you would like to invest, make sure it's money you are willing to lose, and only a small portion of your portfolio. Hedge your risk well.

How about a recommendation of NOT investing in China-focused REITS? Given Chinese economy slowing down even after post - COVID19, with overseas countries pulling out their supply chains out of China
