Hi all, mortgage REITs are currently not listed in SGX, but if they are, would you buy them? What are your thoughts on mortgage REITs?

Although quite similar in terms of sensitivity to interest rate, economy conditions etc, personally i felt that it has higher risk (except those back by gov) and less straightforward than equity REITs.
