With CapitaLand Retail China Trust expanded mandate and recently proposed acquisitions, it will not be a pure retail REIT anymore moving forward.
Between the BHG REIT, DRT, CRCT and Sasseur, CRCT is the biggest market cap. With the new mandate/acquisition, it would be diversified in terms of sector and geography. Could refer to following for comparison of the 4:
