Any idea why Syfe's 100% Reit portfolio has lower 5 year historical returns (4.8%) than the Reits with Risk Mgt portfolio (6%)? In this case, what is the good thing about the 100% Reit portfolio?

Why should I invest in the 100% Syfe REITs portfolio?

100% reit is higher risk than risk mgt portfolio...

100% reit- it narrowly focus on reits

risk mgt portfolio- focus on reits and bonds.

100% reit is now lower by 30% (factor in rally)....so invest now is still better than later. anyway you will be using DCA strategy?

if you are young, i suggest growth investing which is better than reits.

Hi anon, Hariz has rightly mentioned that the reason is due to the bonds allocation that comes with the REITs with Risk Management portfolio. The portfolio was designed to help investors preserve capital while still earning better risk-adjusted returns long term.

With the 100% REIT portfolio, you can gain access to a pure REIT portfolio that tracks the iEdge S-REIT 20 index. It is the only portfolio tracking the index (there are currently no ETFs tracking the index as well). Investing in the portfolio is also much more accessible and convenient than buying the REITs individually from the open market.

You can start investing in the portfolio with no minimum investment, and there are absolutely no trading or brokerage fees regardless of how many transactions you perform. Sign-up on our platform takes 5 minutes with MyInfo, and investors don't need to open a CDP account / brokerage account, which currently takes weeks to be processed. This makes it ideal for beginner investors and investors looking to dollar cost average.
