[Lending Experience] Seedin claim that their Auto-invest feature will automatically invest our funds into deals as according to our preferences. However, I wasn't able to get any deals even with the Auto-invest feature on. Subsequently, I tried logging on to their website to invest manually. However, it takes forever for the page to load which resulted in missing out deals. As an MAS Fintech Award Finalist, I hope they can make improvement to the system.

One of the lowest default rates in industry, with a very quick customer support, I very much vouch for SeedIn and confident about my investments. This comes from my experience as being a hard hit investor by the very bad defaults on other competitive platforms like FS & MoolahSense.

Investing since May 2019, cannot comment on default rates yes as my time with them is still too short (interest payments have been prompt so far, they typically structure loans with bullet repayment of principal at point of maturity) Pros: - the thing i like most about them is the speed of topping up. typically takes a couple of hours for them to verify the top up of funds. Their deals are also typically quite big with minimum investment of 1k so it is generally quite easy to fund out unless your investment amount is really big. No more depositing a lump sum and leaving it waiting around doing nothing - i find their factsheets to be quite detailed (similar level to funding societies) Cons: - most of the loans are larger so if you have limited capital then you may not be able to diversify as much (I typically use another platform for smaller loans and Seedin to fund out larger amounts for deals that look acceptable to me) - lower quantity of deals compared to other platforms Overall good experience so far. Recommended if default rate continues to remain low. Update (July 2020): Almost a year on, and I still stand by my earlier review that Seedin is probably the best P2P lender out there especially if you are newer to crowdfunding. I have invested with 4 p2p platforms and they are the one with the highest quality of deals (0 defaults), fastest wallet top-up and withdrawal speeds (in my experience), best UI (along with Funding Societies) and detailed fact sheets. I also like their risk assessment which seems more bank statement focused (similar to banks) reflecting the borrower's cash flow rather than on restrospective financial statements.

[Lending Experience] Even though the number of deals came less frequently as compared to other Robo-advisors, I actually feel more comfortable loaning my money to the SMEs that are selected by SeedIn because the quality thus far has been superb and the clarity provided in the account statements of the borrower are both easy to understand and transparent. [User Friendliness] Web-page wise could, SeedIn could do with some improvements in terms of the layout; but overall, the breakdowns of the loans, interest earned and pending transactions were easy to understand and each loan had a clear indication of when the money was being returned (gives visibility for the user to know when and from who the money is coming in).

Good p2p lending platform that gives you adequate returns for your portfolio. The variety of investment deals could be more so you are able to diversify the investments appropriately.
