What I really liked about the course was how Royston made complex ideas easy to grasp. Even when we got into the more advanced strategies, it never felt confusing or too heavy. The course is well-structured and practical. There’s a clear framework you can actually apply when trading - how to select the right stocks, the right time and the right structure. The risk management part was especially useful for me. Royston’s teaching style makes a big difference too. He keeps sessions engaging with pop quizzes to check everyone’s on track, and the live trading demo helped a lot — seeing it executed in real time just made things a lot clearer. Would recommend it to anyone who’s been on the fence about options and wants a proper structured way to get started.1

For newbies like me, the pre-course videos allowed us to understand the basics and some terminology. The workbook provided ensured that we were able to understand as he went through the strategies, and the pop quizzes were useful in engagement and checking our understanding along the way. The more advanced strategies that Royston went through included: 1) Covered calls 2) Stock replacement 3) Sniper strategy For total newbies like me, it was useful when he provided his time proven deltas and strategies, and we also got free trial usage of his telegram bot which allows us to easily sift through the right value stocks to act on everyday, saving us costly time and money.0

A course that caters to newbies like me. Royston put in very simple during the 3 days sessions. I learnt a lot from his options trading and what I love most is his teaching on risk mitigation as trading can be affected by many factors. 3 days sessions allowed me to understand more on 1. the terminology used, 2. Risk mitigation and lastly 3. Common mistakes that newbies made during their initial trading. The subsequent hand-holding sessions are also very useful and Royston go through the use of the trading platform to familisrise me on how to setup and where to execute. 3 things I have learnt during the 3-day class: i) Clarity on Buy Call, Sell Call, Buy Put, Sell Put fundamentals ii) Covered calls iii) Put Verticals My biggest takeaway is gaining clarity on managing risks on option selling especially naked puts. I would definitely recommend people to attend SMT Options because the course is structured in a systematic and interactive way. Recently, I took the complimentary refresher training from Royston, as I have not been active in Options for a few years. By far, Royston is the best trainer to engage if you want to master how to do stock options. He is a very sincere trainer, and always tries his best to answer questions from his students. I can see he has improved the training content tremendously compared to last time. The quizzes were good to help us remember our understanding. The refresher helps me to recap different option strategies. In addition, he has a great support team, and I would like to express my thanks for making the 3-day training workshop so successful.
