  One rule I picked up from TMP is to close the platform after my second loss of the day. It sounds simple, but it has stopped me from trying to win the money back and turning a bad day into a much worse one. That rule has probably protected me from myself more than once.

  One thing TMP helped me understand is that losing streaks are not automatically a sign that something is broken. Once I knew how many losses in a row could still be normal for a setup, I stopped reacting so emotionally to every bad run. It gave me a much calmer way to judge whether I should actually change something or simply stick to the plan.

  Correlation was a blind spot for me before TMP. I could have five different positions open and think I was diversified, when in reality they were all exposed to the same move. Now I check how my positions relate to each other before adding anything new. It has made me much more aware of how much risk I am actually carrying.

  TMP gave me a simple rule that I now use before every trade: I write down my position size, stop and target before I enter. If I cannot clearly define all three, I do not take the trade. It has made my decision-making much more disciplined and stopped me from entering first and figuring out the risk later.

  Before TMP, I understood stop losses in theory, but I do not think I fully respected them. Seeing the maths behind how much a 50% loss needs just to get back to breakeven made it hit differently. After that, using a stop stopped feeling optional and became a basic part of protecting my capital.

  TMP changed how I think about position sizing. I used to size trades based too much on how strongly I believed in the idea. The problem was that my confidence was often highest right before some of my worst trades. Now I size based on volatility and risk instead, which has taken a lot of emotion out of the decision.

  One of the biggest changes I made after TMP was finally stopping the habit of averaging down. Looking back, almost every major loss I took came from adding to a position that was already going against me. Seeing that behaviour laid out clearly on a chart made it obvious in a way it never was before. Since then, I have stopped treating a falling price as a reason to add more.
