I've been using this card for a few years now. I've received this card when I opened a savings account with UOB. The application process is quite simple and my experience with customer support has been great thus far. I had lost my cards a few times and they were able to stop my card and send me a replacement promptly. I also enjoyed quite a number of promotions with the card, especially in restaurants. There is also quite a number of ATMs around so I did not face any inconvenience in withdrawing money. Another thing noteworthy is the $18 annual fees. Another reviewer mentioned that it can be easily waived off, but I wasn't aware until I had read their review so just something that you might want to keep in mind when you are using this card.0

This card was issued to me because I have a UOB Savings Account, so I didn't have to pay to get it. I rarely use this card for normal day-to-day purchases, as it's where I store funds for my education. But on the occasions where I have to use this card, it's mainly for large transactions. Initially, the card kept getting rejected whenever I tried to pay my school fees online, but it turns out that there was a default cap of $2k per transaction. I had to call them to raise the limit, but the process was really easy! The wait for a support agent wasn't very long either. However, this card has an annual fee of $18. It can be waived if you have 12 visa transactions a year. I didn't know about this, and got a shock when I saw money getting deducted from my account. I called them to waive the annual fee, and was pleasantly surprised when it was a fuss-free automated call. All I had to do was to key in my card number (I think, or was it my IC?) and it was waived immediately.0
