HSBC Everyday Global Debit Card
HSBC has one of the worse non-intuitive, non user friendly banking service I have seen. The ATM machine and the mobile banking apps are the worse I have seen. The ATM actually allows one to access even when the PIN is wrong, and then retain your card when you thought the first PIN was correct (the ATM, at no time, stated that the PIN was wrong). Comparing with the three local banks, HSBC is worse off than any of them. And I haven't even mentioned all the hidden charges and fees that they have for seemingly many things, like DCC fee when you are paying in SGD in Singapore (does this even make any sense?) So for people who want the EGA account, trust me, it is not worth it to deal with horrible banking service. I would have terminate the EGA and Revolution card if not for th early termination penalty.0
