Previously known as Diner's Club Singapore, this card issuer has rebranded itself as a fintech provider under the new alias, DCS Card Centre. 

It once began as an exclusive franchisee of United States payment services company Diners Club International and of course, issued out Diners Club cards. It was heralded as "one of the pioneers in cashless payments in Singapore" when it unveiled the first charge card in 1973, explained CEO Karen Low.

Besides American Express, DCS Card Centre is currently one of the only two non-banks licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to issue credit and charge cards.

3) Eligibility

• Age: 21 to 65 years old
• Citizenship: Singaporeans, PRs and Foreigners
• S$30,000 annual income, or S$15,000 annual income (age 55 & above)
• For Foreigners: S$60,000 annual income

4) Fees & Charges

• Principal Card: S$180^ annual fee (first year FREE);
• Supplementary Card: S$90^ annual fee (first year FREE)
• Minimum Spending Required to Receive Subsequent Automatic Annual Fee Waiver*: S$15,000 in a year

^ Fees will be subject to the prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST)

*For cardmembers who are eligible for automatic annual fee waiver, your card annual fee will be imposed and the fee waiver will only be reflected in the next statement of account.
