Will I still earn the extra 1% if the 60k is in SA + MA? Or I have to split into 20k in OA, 40k in SA + MA?

Yes. if you have 0 in OA and 60k in MA+SA. You can collect extra 1% on all 60k.

Yes first 60k is combined balance from all 3 accounts.

Only first 20k of the OA will get the bonus 1% applied to it.
