If > 55, and RA is at ERS for the year, MA and SA also maxed - if withdraw from OA then VC back, will the VC sum still be split into OA and VA? What if SA was maxed but then some got trf to RA at 55?

You can't withdraw from OA only if SA not empty.

For VC3AC, the SA portion remains in SA, and both MA and OA portion will go to OA since MA hit BHS and SA hit FRS.

Qn, if you already have RA (at ERS somemore!), SA still got max meh?
