My flat is 70% paid up. My CPF OA is 10k, SA is 60k. By year end I will be 55. Can I still use 20k of my SA to invest before my RA is created? If yes, what are some of the investments to go for short term?

Hi, you can use SA (20k) to invest but there's hardly any investments that give you higher than 4/5% p.a.

If you are doing the SA Shielding, it doesnt really work cus your balance in SA 40K + OA $10K doesn't meet the minimum BRS.
