Hi, I realized that the chargeable fees for Nikko AM ETF have decreased from 1% to 0.82% for POSB invest saver. I’m not sure if I’m reading too much but why would they decrease the percentage of the fees?

You are reading too much into it.
It is usually a good sign.
Indirectly, it signal that the issuer (Nikko AM) is able to survive with lower operating revenue (perharps with better operating capabilities) hence they are willing lower the fees.

The drop in fees is by POSB (by extension of DBS), this makes it cheaper for you to invest, probably due to competition in this space.

It hasn't been updated yet but you can see that it kinda has quite high fees if you start investing more.
