Hi anon, which Syfe portfolio to choose will depend on your risk appetite, investment goals, and time horizon. If you are comfortable with risk and have a relatively long time horizon of more than 5 years, you can consider either Equity100 or REIT+. With Equity100, you may enjoy faster and higher capital appreciation. With REIT+, capital appreciation may not be as fast, but you enjoy attractive dividend yields.
A good strategy to consider is a core-satellite investing approach. Use Syfe's Global ARI portfolio as your core, and use Equity100 and REIT+ as your satellites. You can split your funds this way - 50% in Global ARI, 30% in REIT+, and 20% in Equity100. BudgetBabe shares more details in her review here.
You can also reach out to our wealth advisors to learn how a core-satellite approach can apply for your own portfolio. Hope this helps!
