When is the best time to invest in RSS in an ETF? During Bull or Bear market? Or interest rate is going higher? Or when Trump decides to build another wall?

Just buy consistently every month without thinking about so many things. Its called dollar cost averaging (DCA). Just hold on to it even if it goes down.

Best Salary account in terms of interest rates, ETFs investing and SRS? Considering spending only via credit/debit cards, is ETFs investing viable?

Learnt that the Chinese Govt Bond Index ETF has high yields, investment-grade rating, low-interest rate risk, a stable RMB and cheap valuations. A clear sign to go ahead with this ETF?

First time property buyer - currently considering investing in a private condo. At high inflation with expected rising interest rates next few Quarters, would it be a good time to enter the market?
