When asking this question, I'm also curious about all the admin charges when you charge foreign currencies to your credit cards. It's about 2-3% on your purchase, which is a lot and that will eat up all your cashback and miles.

So maybe, a multi-currency account debit card is still the best choice?

Besides the Youtrip, DBS multiplier + DBS Debit card as the best options.

Next best if you still prefer to use Credit card, you can also use CIMB Visa Signature with 10% cashback on foreign currency spend and 0% admin fee.

You can consider YouTrip which charges 0% transaction fees. I understand that it offers pretty competitive currency conversion rates too. You can check it out here, regarding more about the card and applicable fees - https://www.you.co/en-SG/
