What is the difference between Singapore Savings Bonds and Singapore Government Bonds?

Syfe states that it invests in Singapore Government Bond so I was just wondering if it meant it invests in a specific govt bond or in a bond index? If it's a bond index, is SSB one of the bonds they invest in?
