What are your thoughts on the future prices of Bidadari BTO, given that current prices are 500k-700k for 4 room?

Given the amenities, Bidadari park yet to be factored in?

Should i choose a (BTO) 3 room prime location or a 4 room non prime location, or a 5 room non mature estate not near to MRT, all these 3 categories are almost the same price!!
