What are the best REITs to invest in today?

I would recommend those in the health care sector, ParkwayLife. There is another one, First REIT but it has just went through a lot of stuff and would not recommend that.

For me it would be ParkwayLife REIT. Healthcare industry, very resilient and growing DPU & NAV.

Your questions makes it hard because of the word today..

Ignoring that word, I would say that we have some high quality REITs in SG which are recession resillient:

Parkway Life Reit

Capitaland Mall Trust.

I believe you are smart, you can go online and read articles about what they do :)

But then again, everyone knows that these are high quality REITs, so yield are depressed.. Let's wait for a crisis or opportunity and buy them when div yield 5.5%.
