Which REIT currently in SGX do you think is the best performing REIT? is there a minimum required to invest in that?

Maybe not the best performance for a definite time intervall, but because of it's near average performance over longterm and it's highest focus of truly Singapore REIT allocation, and generally better risk reducing diversification, I feel that the best would be:

Lion-Phillip S-REIT ETF

CapitaMall REIT, also because it’s been one of the most price stable and oldest operating reit in singapore.
