What are some WFH essentials that I should invest in? Since WFH seems like a possible long term arrangement for the foreseeable future, are there any items that can make my arrangement more comfy?

For a start you need to ensure you have a good chair (i got mine from ikea), since you will be spending alot of time sitting down. Apart from that, I think its good to make your desk more comfy. I bought some plants and succulents for mine and i've a painting hanging on the wall as well.

Depending on your job role as well.

But would say the following items are pretty universal and would make your WFH period a much better one.

office chair (regretted awfully when i decided to just buy a cheap gaming chair and then tried my friend's secret lab)

Went to IKEA and saw a few good ones

• helps when you wish to spice up for a change if you are sitting down all day

1) Ergonomic chair. (Don't cheap out, since you spend up to 6 hours on it everyday)

2) Ergonomic mouse. (Personally I use a bluetooth Logitech MX Master 2S)

3) High refresh rate monitor with blue light filtering. (Easier on your eyes)

4) Mechanical Keyboard. (Personally, it is more comfortable to type and reduce the force applied because I know when the keys are actuated without exerting more force.)

5) Watch ergonomic optimisation videos on YouTube to learn how to optimise your work station so it is more ergonomic. ​​​
