Is there any difference between the 3 Aviva Car Insurance Plans?

They all look pretty much the same to me. I am looking for a car insurance plan for my family car. the car is about 3 years old.

Hi, there is a difference.

For example, there is a difference in medical expense coverage and for car repairs, under Lite, you can only go to an approved repairer while under Prestige, you can go to any repairer.

Should I upgrade my Aviva Mindef Group Term Insurance to 1M coverage? or get a separate plan for 1M from Aviva? Is there any difference? Also, is Aviva Multiplay plan III a good plan to buy into for early critical illness?
