Aviva's 20% perpetual discount is very attractive. And other benefits, which I'm confused as to are they really necessary. GE's 1 ADL and waiver of 90 days deferment period also very attractive. But I am curious under what circumstances would a person only have 1 ADL? It's usually accompanied by another ADL at least (based on my personal experience of my uncle currently receiving Eldershield payout).

Hi,

I am not the expert here. But you can take a look at the seedly comparison between the three insurance companies. (Great Eastern, NTUC income and AVIVA)

Hi,
If you're looking at the benefits for coverage of 3 ADLs, I'd go for Great Careshield / Aviva MyLongTermCare. If you're more inclined towards coverage of 2 ADLs, I'd suggest NTUC Care Secure.

You should talk to one or few advisors to determine which one suits your circumstances better.

Hope this helps.
