Is it possible to be a Real Estate agent and financial advisor at the same time? Or we can only hold on to one licence at each time?

Independent Financial Advisor at Promiseland Independent

You cannot. It's against the law in Singapore to hold both licenses. You have to choose one.

Interesting question, i think you can probably be both. there are "part-time" Real Estate agents, and "part-time" FAs.
