IPO investing is speculation, nothing a serious retail investor should do.

better buy iShares Hang Seng TECH ETF

(HK 3067), where it will be a conponent, and hold for ultra-longterm

For the long term it's a good play of course.

IPO's are unproven companies even if its Jack Ma's, they still have to prove themselves.

A good example would be Baidu's Iqiyi.

BABA valuation wise i think it is pretty rich.
